Structural revisions are available at the sketching/line art stage. And then minor adjustments after the emote is coloured.
Commercial rights for merchandising etc. = x2 emote price (to be added in addition to the base price)
Time estimate for completion will be given upon receiving the requirements of the commission and will be subject to how busy I am at the time ^^

Terms of Service

RULES & TERMS OF SERVICE (applicable to all commissions including on kofi)
1. There are no refunds
2. Emote, sub badge and chibi commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (etc. Twitch, Youtube, Discord, Twitter, etc).
3. Emote and sub badge commissions MAY be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
4. Emote, sub badge and chibi commissions MAY NOT be edited, or resold to a third party.
5. Emote, sub badge and chibi commissions MAY NOT be printed or sold as merchandise. (if you would like permission to do so, please inform me of the emote(s) you wish to use for merchandising, and the price will be doubled.)
6. FULL PAYMENT must be paid and cleared before the commission is started.
7. The Artist is not responsible for any changes after the work has been approved. If additional changes are requested post approval, there may be an additional charge. Revisions can be made at sketch/lineart stages and after colouring, but not after the emote is complete and has been previously approved.
8. Clients may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.
9. If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
10. Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction. The final work will be sent via email or the respective platform.
11. I, the artist hold the full copyright over all commissioned images.
12. AI must not be used, under any circumstances to edit or alter my artwork. And my artwork must never be used for GenAI learning/training of any sort
